Additionally, while every effort is made to safely deliver and install rental equipment, Day and Ni Party Rentals cannot control weather conditions, including wind, rain, storms, or other acts of nature. Once equipment has been delivered and set up, the customer assumes responsibility for monitoring weather conditions and the safe use of the rental equipment. Day and Ni Party Rentals shall not be liable for weather-related damages, event interruptions, or losses beyond our control.
